What exactly is Tik?
An NFC pod with a free iPhone app. Your alarm only stops once you get up and tap your phone against it. That same tap locks and unlocks the apps that distract you.
What does it cost, and is there a subscription?
Tik Solo costs €24,99 and Tik Household €47,99, one-off and including VAT. The app is free. Later there will be an optional Tik Premium at €2.99 per month; you do not have to take it.
Does Tik work with my phone?
Right now only with an iPhone that has NFC. An Android version is in development; we do not have a release date yet. Leave your email address and we will let you know the moment it is ready.
What if I put the pod next to my bed?
Then it does not work. Put it somewhere you genuinely have to get up for. The distance is the feature.
When will my order ship?
We ship within 1 to 2 working days. You get a track and trace code as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Can I return it?
Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt. Email us with your order number and you get your money back. Return shipping is at your own expense.
